In daily work,confidentiality units with the qualification of weapons production need to guide departments and the affiliated institutions to implement standardized management of national confidentiality items, overall control of the confidentiality-related personnel and cascade protection of confidential system management, and carry out special inspection of confidential work, investigate the leak events, etc. At present, because the informatization condition safeguard measures have been not yet mature; most of the files are still passed and processed in the form of paper; query, tracking, and quick transaction cannot be efficiently implemented, work patterns have been unable to adapt to the requirements of an increasing number of information processing.The system starts from the actual confidential management requirements of the unit, designs and implements WEB-based confidentiality management information system. The system has the functions of confidentiality personnel management, confidentiality equipment management, confidentiality matters management and confidentiality meeting management. The thesis designs the data model of the system with Mysql database and achieves the objectification of the data model by Hibernate. In addition, based on the universal SSH framework implementation method, the thesis realizes the logic code of system control layer and finally achieves the system interface layer through JSP. Besides, in system deployment phase, we use Tomcat server cluster and Apache load balancing technology. The use of these techniques meet the high concurrency demand of the system; under the constant debugging and verification, the optimal system is obtained and it meets the actual confidentiality demand of our factory.Through the actual implementation, the thesis fully proves the functions of system and meets the confidentiality management demand of the unit. The system can standardize the daily confidentiality work, improve the management efficiency of enterprises and ensure the safety work of enterprises is absolutely effective.
