Design And Implementation Of Migrant Workers Salary Supervision Information System

With the acceleration of urbanization and the vigorous development of construction industry recent years in China,migrant workers are a major vulnerable group in today's society,which wage supervision has always been the focus of government work,and it has also become the important factor affecting the harmonious development and even stability of the society.In view of the shortcomings and shortcomings of the rights and interests of migrant workers in China,this dissertation attempts to analyze the causes of the difficulties in the management of migrant workers' compensation for migrant workers,and put forward an information solution for this phenomenon.This dissertation has designed and realized an information system for migrant workers',pay supervision and supervision for migrant workers in small and medium-sized cities.whichbased on the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the current government department and the existing network resources between the migrant workers and enterprises and the existing network resources.According to the design idea and process of software engineering,the system is analyzed in the stage of system requirement analysis.The system is based on the J2EE platform and the "high cohesion and low coupling" development thought in the system design stage to complete the system development framework and functional modules.And the design of the database;in the system implementation and testing stage,the front desk interface and the background realization code of the core module of migrant workers' pay supervision are briefly described.Finally,the test of the functions of each module is completed by using black box test method and tools.Migrant workers' salary supervision information system is designed based on MVC architecture mode.It uses SQL Server database technology to process data in the background of the system.It develops system function program through MVC framework and Java technology.Each module and its function verification are carried out by black box test method.The test results show that the information system of migrant workers'salary supervision has reached the requirement of online operation.The development and application of this system,on the one hand,improves the efficiency and quality of the local government for the overall management of migrant workers,and reduces the pressure and cost of government management.On the other hand,it also provides a reliable data basis for the government to deal with the compensation disputes between enterprises and migrant workers,and realizes the maintenance of agriculture in technology.The legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers and enterprises.
