In the era of data explosion,big data plays a strategic role in enterprises,affecting their major decisions.Therefore,more and more enterprises are beginning to take measures to obtain values from data.It is not always the same that the more data you have,the more values you will make.So in this case,we must take effective measures on data,reduce the unnecessary data,accelerate the circulation of data and exploit the advantages of data as much as possible.Operators,for example,even though they launch new business one after another every year,they still face the problems of income increase slowing down and lower rate of input-output.It will waste costs and make users antipathetic if operators launch business without pertinence and push every new business to all users ignoring whichever appropriate.In this case,it is especially important to improve the accuracy of enterprises' decision-making and implement accurate marketing.It is necessary to provide different products and service according to different clients' demands.On the one hand,it can meet the demands of different customers,on the other hand,it can reduce the blind investment of enterprises,thereby the marketing costs of enterprises can be greatly reduced.However,the achievement of targeting market is based on a comprehensive management system of data capital.Only when the effective management of data capital,can the targeting market of enterprises come true.This paper summarizes the research background and research current situation of data asset management,and then studies on the development process of data management as well as the system structure of data asset management.Based on the business analysis system of Shandong Mobile Communications Corporation,relevant improvement measures are put forward to settle problems in data asset management.The main work of this paper is as follows:1?By formulating data standards and standardizing the model structure of the table,to realize the effective management and the use of the table model.At the same time,standardizethe naming rules of the program.2?Using Python language to clean the dirty data and convert the data which is different on upper and lower letters.3?To extract effective factors affecting 4G users' channel preferences and even improve the data labeling management by combining the operator's operational characteristics and statistical analysis methods,as well as analyzing the users' channel preferences.So in this case,we can judge the possible channel for users to select and contribute to enterprise's precision marketing.4?For the fragmentation of data information,the data fragmentation is integrated by using the central weighted fuzzy clustering method to improve the quality of data information.
