Design And Implementation Of Personalized High Quality Information System

With the rapid development of Internet technology,various information applications appear one after another,which integrates all kinds of contents to facilitate the acquisition and transmission of information.However,such applications tend to focus more on information recommendation,and often have low quality information such as "ClickBait",which affects the user's reading experience to some extent.This paper aims to provide users with a personalized high quality information system.Personalization refers to that the system does not recommend content,but only provides with a variety of different types of channels.Users can choose subscribed content independently according to their own interests and needs to generate personalized and exclusive information.Meanwhile,the system generates personal interest portrait based on user behavior data,and conducts community personalized recommendation based on portrait.High quality information refers to that the system automatically identifies the non-"ClickBait" information with the help of natural language processing related technology to present high quality content to users.Besides,the system extracts keywords and generates abstracts for information,so as to ensure the quality of the information content,help users to judge the content value and improve user experience.Firstly,this paper expounds the background and significance of the topic,and determines the main research contents of the paper,which are the research and design of algorithm,and the design and implementation of personalized high quality information system.Secondly,this paper introduces the key technologies and theories involved in the research process,including Web front-end development technology,Web back-end development technology,natural language processing related algorithms and deep learning tool libraries.Then,this paper analyzes the requirements of the system,determines the use case diagram of each function and gives a description of the use case.Based on the requirement analysis,the system is designed in outline,the overall software structure and function module division are determined,and the design of database,front-end UI and data communication interface are completed.Based on the preliminary design,this paper carries out detailed design and implementation in units of modules,and completes the function realization of each module according to the sequence diagram and flow chart.Finally,this paper conducts functional tests and non-functional tests on the system separately,analyzes and summarizes the test results.Based on the actual application scenarios,combined with Web application development technology and natural language processing technology,this paper finally designs and implements a personalized high quality information system with perfect functions,convenience and practicality.
