With the strong requirement of enhancing the quality of mobile communication, mobile communication networks are developing day by day, bringing a rapid progress of technology from generation to generation.Nowadays, the world's attention is turning towards the 5G mobile communication. As the key technology of the future 5G network, the ultra-dense network(UDN)is an important research content to improve the network capacity and the spectrum efficiency, which solve the problem of the exponential development of the bandwidth requirement.Furthermore, the dense deployment of the small base stations(SBSs)shorten the service distance between the user and the SBS.Since the SBSs have caching ability, the probability of successful transmission of the desired contents is increased by deploying caching content at the SBSs.However, most scientific research did not address the problem of file distribution under UDN,and the theoretical gain in cache-enabled UDN has not been proved. Therefore, the use of stochastic geometry tools for the modeling of the cache-enabled UDN is required to analyze the performance gain brought by the optimal caching for content distribution. This thesis considered the deployment and use of cache to resolve the forwarding delay and decrease the forwarding of the core network. In this article, the compact expression of the outage probability in 5G UDN was derived and the obtained optimal distribution of the file cache was verified by simulation.
