Research On The Construction And Expression Strategies Of Internet Users' Haze Issues

As one of the modern environmental problems,haze has a serious impact on social and economic development,public health and life.The rapid development of Internet technology has brought about great changes in the way of information dissemination and reception.The new form of media communication directly affects the public's understanding and judgment of social events.As one of the main bodies in the process of social construction of public issues,netizens have become the backbone of promoting haze issues to be included in the agenda of policy legalization.Netizens use the new media platform to discuss the haze issue,and construct the haze issue through a variety of expressions.Netizens' construction of haze issues is directly related to the process of solving the haze problem.From the perspective of constructivism,this study takes haze events as the research object,and analyses the expression strategies used by netizens to construct haze issues.It is hoped that netizens can better play their role,participate in social governance in an appropriate way,and reach a legitimate solution to public issues.Because the netizens participate in the haze issues in a variety of ways of expression,the content is complex,and the virtual and anonymity of cyberspace gives netizens more "freedom".The research chooses case analysis method and literature collection method as the method tool.Through the acquisition of online speech and case analysis,it summarizes the expression strategies of netizens to construct haze issues.And the effect of the expression strategy is analyzed to explore the optimal path for netizens to construct haze issues.Therefore,the first chapter of the study introduces the current situation of the haze problem and the trend of haze public opinion,in order to understand the netizens' concerns and emotional tone.Chapter two analyses the expressive strategies used by netizens in constructing haze topics from a large number of network corpus,and summarizes their characteristics.Chapter three,according to the current situation and characteristics of the netizens' construction of haze issues,critically ponders the whole macro-process.Chapter four points out the optimum path of haze topic construction from the perspective of constructivism.This study summarizes the construction and expression strategies of the haze issue,and concludes that a certain expression strategy is helpful to promote the solution of the haze issue.Analyzing the other agenda setters of haze issues is helpful to find out the shortcomings of haze issues in the construction and problems in the governance process,and to accelerate the pace of building a beautiful China.It is hoped that this paper will contribute to the academic research in the field of haze disaster management and netizens' topic construction.
