Rational Discussion And Expression Of Public Opinion In The Network Public Sphere

Tracing back to the origin and development of the theory of "public sphere",the concept of "public sphere" can be understood as the four core elements and their relations.For a long time,the study of network public sphere rests on "the public" and "free space",but ignore the importance of "rational discussion" and "expression of public opinion".In this paper,through the investigation of the issue of haze in the network public sphere,we find that the "rational discussion" and "expression of public opinion expression" are the keys.Based on the literature research,this paper points out that in network public sphere,"the public" and "free space" is the base,and "rational discussion" and " expression of public opinion" are more important and essential.Ignoring of the "rational discussion" and "public opinion" will not make network public sphere effectively to public affairs.This paper collects reports and comments of haze issue from January 1,2015 to December 31,2015 at the "NetEase" website,and reveals the absence of rational discussion and expression of public opinion leading that network public sphere dose not play its role in the haze issues.The thesis is composed of introduction and four chapters.The introduction part introduces the background,significance,research status and the research methods of this paper.The first chapter: discuss the origin and evolution of the theory of "public sphere",four core elements and their relationship.Analyze the characteristics of the network public sphere four elements,put forward the "rational discussion" and " expression of public opinion" the keys factor.The second chapter: in the 2015 "Net Ease" website,issue of haze was reported and discussed.Analyze the process of public sphere,according to the report type,report contents and discussions.And find that network public sphere is lack of rational discussion and effective expression of public opinion,leading to know that public sphere did not play the role in the society.The third chapter: analyze the performance and reasons of lack of rational discussion and expression of public opinion in the haze issue.The fourth chapter: from the perspective of mass media on the Internet,give advises for the reconstruction of the network public sphere.
