Manufacturing,warehousing and other industries have a growing demand for automated transport equipment,but the current AGV products are not flexible enough,and too expensive,it is difficult to popularize in various industries,especially in small and medium-sized enterprises the cost of using specialized AGV is too high.Therefore,a modular AGV driver unit is designed in this paper to improve the flexibility and reduce the cost through the combined use.Firstly,according to the production needs of the enterprise,to confirm the design requirements of the modular AGV drive unit,and put forward several typical use modes.Based on this,determine the design scheme of the modular AGV drive unit.Complete The structure design of the AGV drive unit,and build the virtual prototype.Secondly,the optimization design of the quick connection mechanism between AGV drive unit and shelves is carried out.According to the geometric size constraints,build a parameterized model of the mating surface of the quick connection mechanism.The influence of design parameters on the preload and rotation force of the quick connection build equation of generating line of mating surface and find the optimal parameter mechanism.Thirdly,analyze the limit conditions of the main load-bearing structure of the modular AGV drive unit,and according to the transient dynamic response during the impact process was analyzed to verify the safety of the main load-bearing structure.Finally,the kinematics equations of typical usage patterns of modular AGV drive unit are established,and the kinematics equations are simulated and verified by ADAMS software.This paper designs a compact and flexible AGV drive unit based on the analysis of the production needs of the enterprise.Optimize The mating surface of the connecting mechanism is optimized to ensure the reliability of the connection and minimize the rotary force for easy installation.Ensure The safety of the main load-bearing structure is ensured through the analysis of limit working condition simulation,and the feasibility of the motion control model under typical operating mode verify by kinematics simulation.
