The service robot is the main actuator of task in the home smart space.The service quality of the service robot represents the intelligent level of the home smart space.With the emphasis on personalized services,especially on healthy services,the universal services provided by existing robots have been difficult to meet the various needs of different users.People hope that robots can provide personalized and healthy services according to different users and different scenarios,and become a good helper for people's intelligent life.How to make service robots provide personalized and healthy services for different users is an urgent problem to be solved in the field of service robot research.This paper relies on the home smart space environment,uses the multi-source information in the smart space as the source domain data,integrates the health cloud expert knowledge base,and designs the robot personalized service perception and health correction strategy based on machine learning and expert system.Under this method,robot can not only mine the user's personalized demanding with the history information but also provide users with a personalized and healthy service according to users' physical condition.On this basis,the cloudstack API and the APP were developed to realize remote monitoring of the smart space.The main work is as follows:(1)The filling algorithm for missing data is studied oriented to the lack of data collecting under smart space.For the missing historical data,an improved clustering algorithm is designed to fill,compared and verified through experiments.For the missing real-time data,the k-nearest neighbor algorithm is used to fill,which provides early data for the personalized perception of the robot service.(2)Task perception of service robot for personalized services is studied.The database management system-MySQL is used to store and solidify the data collected in the smart space,the personalized service inference model is constructed,and different machine learning algorithms are used for service reasoning.On this basis,the effects of various learning algorithms on the perception of robot service are analyzed and compared,the method of personalized service reasoning is selected,and the perception of robot personalized service is completed according to the real-time data in smart space.(3)The task reasoning of service robot for healthy services is studied.A healthy expert system is built supported by the health cloud platform expert knowledge base and national standards of household appliances.Users' physiological indicators are considered into the reasoning of the robot service,the health correction of the robot personalized service is realized,thereby the users' health demand to the robot service are satisfied.(4)Based on the above research work,in order to realize the remote monitoring function of robot services in smart space,and improve the visual effect of monitoring,a cloud management platform-cloudstack is built.APIs for robot services are added,a mobile client APP is developed.
