In recent years,China's economy has developed steadily and rapidly.With this e-commerce has been developing greatly and the scale of China's e-commerce sales market has continued to expand faster and faster.Online shopping has become a habitual shopping method in people's daily lives,so the volume of express parcels has increased year by year.Also,the rise of large-scale promotional activities such as;"Double Eleven"and"6 ·18”has led to a concentrated and significant increase in express delivery during a short period of time,which has brought new pressure on logistics companies.At the same time,the traditional logistics distribution mode of single delivery will cause the no-load problem of the departure or return,which makes half of the transportation route become ineffective.This is a serious waste of human and material resources,and it is increasingly unable to respond to the practice of the logistics enterprise.At the same time,with the vigorous development of the”Internet,,model in various fields and the sharing economy related concepts,the concept of"Internet +Logistics"has gradually been valued by the logistics companies.As a new logistics model relying on the sharing economy and internet information platform,crowdsourcing logistics has gradually entered the eyes of the vast number of logistics companies,such as Amazon,DHL,WalMart,and domestic enterprises such as Jingdong,Flash Express,Renren Express and other enterprises.They have explored and practiced in the field of crowdsourcing logistics and achieved initial results.In this background,this paper is aimed at solving these problems:the number of express delivery in the last mile delivery problem of the city is increasing year by year,the lack of human resources in the city,the serious phenomenon of no-load problem of the delivery or returning,as well as the surge in express delivery during large shopping events such as i"Double Eleven"and'“6 ·18"that the logistics enterprise allocating assets according to the amount of express delivery during the promotion period is uneconomical.For these issues,this paper proposed to introduce the crowdsourcing logistics model and the simultaneous pickup and delivery model to the traditional vehicle routing problem model and designed the vehicle routing problem with simultaneous pickup and delivery based on crowdsourcing logistics.The genetic algorithm for solving the model is also designed.Using the characteristics of the simultaneous pickup and delivery mode,the model can effectively solve the no-load phenomenon of the delivery and return vehicle.Utilizing the crowdsourcing logistics mode,the manpower capacity is borderless,and everyone can become a part-time courier.Based on these,this model can alleviate the problem of rapid increase in express delivery during large-scale shopping promotion activities,help enterprises rationally allocate fixed assets,reduce costs,and improve the efficiency of express parcel delivery.In addition,in the crowdsourcing logistics model,the social route and the commercial route is the same,which have greatly improved the eff-iciency of the use of social resources:the utilization of public facilities has been improved,and the vehicle duplication that may be caused when the routes are completed separately is avoided,thereby alleviating road congestion.Also,it can reduce fuel consumption and vehicle exhaust emissions,so is environmentally friendly.In summary,crowdsourcing logistics is a business model that closely follows the trend of sharing economy and"Internet + logistics",promotes the mutual benefit and win-win situation between logistics enterprises and social masses(part-time couriers),and has a huge social benefit,which is worthy of logistics companies to conduct further exploration and operation.
