Injected infrared simulation is an effective means to evaluate the performance of infrared seeker.However,the current domestic research of injected infrared simulation has some shortcomings.For example,the real-time and generality of high quality infrared simulation images cannot reach a high level at the same time,the simulation process is not well integrated,and getting the intermediate simulation results is inconvenient.In this paper,a universal real-time injected infrared simulation system supporting image cache and multi-channel output is designed to fill the gaps.The embedded single board system is based on the multi-core image processing DSP platform,and the real-time injected infrared simulation is realized by integrating the infrared high authenticity model generation algorithm under the framework of SYS/BIOS real-time operating system.The simulation images output channel can be selected from the 1394b channel or the optical channel.These images can also be imported into the image cache system built with FPGA and DDR3 for simulation intermediate result analysis.This paper proves that the system's high-speed transmission capability is up to standard through signal integrity simulation,DDR3 specification test and hardware system performance test,and successfully reads real-time high-authenticity simulation images,which proves that the system's function and performance reach the design goal.The main contents of the paper are as follows.(1)The paper carries out research on the hard real-time characteristics of images which generated by the injection infrared simulation system.The paper uses the SYS/BIOS real-time operating system based on DSP platform to develop infrared simulation software,and carries out real-time research at the system level.The paper improves the real-time performance of high real-time infrared modeling on DSP-based performance-limited platforms.In addition,the paper analyzes the non-real-time problems of other high-speed communication buses,and constructs the image output hardware path using the PCIe system bus that guarantees real-time performance.(2)The paper carries out research on image generalization of injection infrared simulation system.The paper uses the fractal method to generate the flight background image and crop it,which actualizes the adjustable image resolution.Based on the SYS/BIOS real-time operating system,the precise frame timing is realized in the whole simulation process,and the image frame rate is adjustable.In addition,the paper uses PCIe to build a generalized image output path on the hardware level.(3)The paper carries out research on the intermediate result retrieval of injection infrared simulation system.The paper describes the method of using FPGA to implement memory management control and the method of interacting with external system for image data,which actualizes the convenient acquisition of simulation intermediate results.
