Network control system is a kind of control system whose sensor,controller and actuator are connected with each other through network communication channel.Comparing with the traditional control system,network control system has its advantages in resource sharing,low costing and easy maintenance,and gradually become the main trend in the study of system control.Therefore,the introduction of network communication channel also brings some new problem,such as quantization,packet dropout and time-delay.Thus,studying NCSs under the effects of network communication channel has practical significiance.The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the filtering and observer-based control problem for nonlinear network control system.Specific arrangement is shown as follow:First,in accordance with the quantization problem in NCSs,we investigate the L_?filtering problem for T-S fuzzy system.Using one-step strategy and LMI decoupling approach,we convert the quantized L_?filtering problem into standard LMI feasible problem,additional presetting for some matrix parameters is avoid.Second,considering the practical meanings of our L?filter,we design reduced-order L_?filter base on full-order L_?filter designation approach by using some matrix transmitting techniques.Sufficient condition for the existence of such a reduced-order L_?filter is presented in the form of LMI.Simulation results show that the proposed reduced-order L_?filtering scheme has its efficiency.Next,in accordance with the packet dropouts and time delay problem in NCSs,we investigate the observer-based H?control problem for discrete-time mixed delay system,using Lyapunov-Krasovskii method,we turn the sufficient condition for the existence of such a H_?controller in the form of LMI.Finally,we summarize the paper and point out the direction of further reasearch.
