With the rapid development of 5G wireless communication,the demand for spectrum resources for new wireless applications is increasing.Spectrum scarcity has become a serious problem.In addition,the authorized spectrum is fixed and can not be flexibly configured according to the actual business conditions,which leads to the inefficient utilization of spectrum.In order to make full use of the limited authorized spectrum,on the one hand,access technology with higher spectrum efficiency is needed,on the other hand,heterogeneous networks can be used.At the same time,considering that there are still a large number of idle unauthorized spectrum resources in space,cognitive radio technology can dynamically sense and utilize the idle spectrum resources in time and space.In this context,a hybrid cognitive radio relay network(HCRRN,Hybrid Cognitive Radio Relay Network),which can combine authorized spectrum with unauthorized spectrum,has been proposed.The relay has cognitive ability and serves users in a two-hop way,which further improves the system capacity.However,similar to traditional heterogeneous networks,one of the main challenges of HCRRN is load imbalance,which seriously affects system performance.Therefore,it is necessary to study an appropriate load balancing optimization mechanism for HCRRN scenarios.This paper aims to solve the load balancing problem between base station and cognitive relay in 5G cognitive relay heterogeneous network,and establishs a multi-objective solution problem to balance the loads among different tiers while reducing the total resource occupancy.Then,this multiobj ective problem is converted into a single one by the linear weighing-sum method and a genetic algorithm is introduced to solve it.Finally,the network performance is simulated to verify its system performance.Combining with this load balancing optimization scheme,this paper builds a load optimization system-level simulation platform for 5G cognitive relay heterogeneous network.This platform adopts modular development,has good encapsulation characteristics,provides a variety of simulation parameters customized settings,such as the number of relays,user distribution types and user association schemes,can meet the simulation requirements to a large extent,and supports graphical interface display and mathematical statistics for simulation results.In a word,this paper focuses on the load optimization mechanism of 5G cognitive relay heterogeneous network,and builds a load optimization platform for 5G cognitive relay heterogeneous network,which makes up for the gap of load balancing research under the scenario of hybrid cognitive wireless relay cellular network,and further guarantees and improves network performance.
