Development Of Recruitment Information Screening System Based On Big Data Platform

At present,the employment of college students in China is becoming more difficult and the employment situation is grim.Recruitment and job hunting have become one of the most popular topics for college students.However,there are many and miscellaneous websites or software for publishing recruitment information.College students generally need to register and log in many times during the job hunting period,which will waste their valuable time and energy to a certain extent.Moreover,the existing recruitment information is mixed with a large number of useless recruitment information,which makes it difficult for college students to distinguish in the process of job hunting.In this way,college students need to undergo a test before they have an interview,which is time-consuming and laborious.Therefore,if the recruitment information on the market is integrated and screened,it will undoubtedly bring practical convenience to college students during their job hunting.To this end,through the investigation of the website that publishes recruitment information on the market and the analysis of the actual needs of college students for recruitment information,this paper intends to develop a background system for screening recruitment information for college students,which integrates the obtained recruitment information data into the background system.The core function of the background system is to realize the visualization list display of mass and high quality recruitment information,and provide the screening function of recruitment information.The main research work and achievements of this paper are as follows:1,Using JDBC,jQuery,AJAX,EasyUI and other software development technologies,a set of background software system for recruitment information screening has been designed and successfully developed.The recruitment information data of the background system comes from the recruitment information crawled on the recruitment website and the recruitment information published by the enterprise or individual customers.2,The recruitment information data of the background system comes from the recruitment information crawled on the recruitment website and the recruitment information published by the enterprise or individual customers.Using the web crawler based on jsoup,the recruitment information on several recruitment websites was crawled.Then we use MapReduce,a distributed computing programming model in Apache Hadoop ecosystem,to remove redundancy from the original recruitment information,i.e.extract useful fields from the recruitment information data,and use Apache Flume to output to the local Linux file system according to the developer's customized standardized format.3,The developed background system also allows enterprise customers and individual customers to publish recruitment information.Enterprise customers and individual customers can fill in the information and release recruitment information after successful application account.Background system administrator audits the recruitment information issued by customers,and confirms that the recruitment information is credible,it can be displayed in the system.4,The background system can provide users with visual display and multi-condition screening of all recruitment information.Through the background system,users can fill in screening conditions according to their actual needs and screen recruitment information in the system.Screening conditions can be single or multiple.The screening results are displayed in a visual list in the system.
