Contact point is the point of information existing between the related things,which includes the cooperation information between people,the usage information between people and things,the associated information between things,and so on.In the process of Internet traffic marketing,contact management is oriented to the management of contact information between operators,enterprises and products.With the environmental impact of the Internet era,mobile traffic has gradually occupied the dominant position in the market,which has become one of the main driving forces for the profit growth of future operators.The operator adopts the unified optimization contact management,which can solve the problems existing in the traffic marketing channel,such as the outdated mode of traffic marketing channels and the poor business management flexibility,through the usage and analysis of multi-channel contact resources.At present,some regional operators lack the corresponding management platform in contact management,which neither well satisfies the needs of the Internet cooperative enterprises to the facilitation of contact resource management and the individuation of data usage,nor well meets the operators ' decision demands for the further optimization design of traffic products.Based on this,in order to quickly grasp the pulse of the mobile Internet traffic market and better look for the transformation and breakthrough of traffic marketing,the project presents the new construction of the Internet contact unified access system,aims to provide a unified contact access ability,realize the contact information management,meet contact access centralization,the economical management requirements and optimize the management service for the business of Internet traffic.Based on the requirement of users,this paper analyzes the current situation and background of Internet contact resource management.Through the analysis of the relevant contact data,the design ideas in software engineering is used as the technical guidance and the contact management system is designed and developed.There are three main points in this paper:(1)According to the requirements of contact management,the significance of developing contact management system is put forward,and the related technologies,objectives and research directions of the system are described.(2)The system is conducted the demand analysis,based on the operators' and enterprises' demands for the contact management,the unified modeling language is combined with the functional module design and database design of the system.Four major management modules,such as contact resources,product support,log reporting,and permission classification are designed.(3)The MVC design pattern is used.The J2EE development technology and MySql database are adopted to realize the functions of the contact management system,and the performance and function are successfully completed.The contact management system basically realizes the unified contact ability,realizes the function of contact access management,provides the management capability of centralized and economized contact access and makes up for the blank of contact resource management.
