As human continuously exploring to objective things,human's activities are becoming diversified,complicated and abundant.Decision-making as a fundamental activity,it is common in all aspects of the human daily life.In a big sence,it exists in national economy and military strategies.In a small sence,it exits in household financial decisions and the development of new product features for an enterprise.So the factors that be taken into account in decision-makin is more and more.According to the characteristics that the information is uncertain during the decision-making,this thesis makes a further analysis using the method of soft sets.Firstly,according to the proposed soft sets' dispensable core and the original defects of manual algorithm for the normal parameter reduction in soft set,we introduced the particle swarm optimization algorithm to the problems of normal parameters reduction of soft sets.First to establish the optimized mathematical model of the normal parameter reduction in soft set,those are the objective function and constraint conditions,then to apply the particle swarm optimization algorithm to the above model and Matlab programming analysis.The result of simulation showed that the method is fast,accurate and simple.Secondly,by analyzing the principles of the normal parameter reduction in soft sets,we proposed the dispensable core of soft sets and discussed its attributes.For the drawbacks that interval-valued fuzzy soft sets cannot represent the past information,we made use of the advantages that sequence values can be used to express the historical information of the researched objects.Furthermore,by studying the sequence theory with interval-valued fuzzy soft sets,we put forward the concept of sequence interval-valued fuzzy soft sets,discussed its union operations,intersection operation,or operation,and operation and so or,and analyzed its properties.At last,in order to verify the actual effectiveness of the proposed theories,we applied sequence interval-valued fuzzy soft set to the problem of selecting the preferred stock and selecting the preferred PID controller.Because intuitionistic fuzzy soft set is a kind of static model,it can't dynamically consider the membership attribute and the past information of the researched object for a period of time,we put forward the concept of sequence intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets by combining with sequence expression method and discussed its or operation,intersection operation,interpolation operation.At the same time,we analyzed its properties.Then we applied sequence interval-valued fuzzy soft set to the optimal scheme in medical treatment and the problem of electing the preferred PID controller.The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed theory of decision-making problem.
