| In recent years,IT outsourcing industry has been developing and growing,it has become the effective way to obtain professional and technical personnel,reduce expenses,and increase the competitive advantage for a lot of enterprises.But there are hidden dangers behind the huge opportunity,if the schedule risk of IT outsourcing cannot be effectively controlled,the enterprise will lose seriously.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to research the schedule risk control of IT outsourcing project.The research object is the schedule risk of IT outsourcing.According to the two different scenarios of schedule risk control problem,we design the two corresponding risk control mechanism,the principal-agent mechanism of optimizing the completion probability and the principal-agent mechanism of introducing reward and punishment strategy.When the principal's goal is to optimize the project completion probability,we use the first mechanism.Firstly,build a two level schedule risk control model of IT outsourcing project,the top level is principal and the base level is agent.Then,a improved genetic algorithm is designed according to the characteristics of the model,and analyzes the work of model and algorithm for the schedule risk control of IT outsourcing project through the simulation experiment,the validity and practicability of the principal-agent mechanism for the schedule risk control of IT outsourcing is proved.When the principal's goal is to increase project revenue,we use the second mechanism.Firstly,build a two level schedule risk control model of IT outsourcing project,the top level is principal and the base level is agent.In addition,the reward and punishment strategy is introduced in order to achieve a better control effect.According to the feature of problem,a hybrid algorithm named SAGA combining SA and GA is designed.The effect of reward and punishment strategy on the schedule risk control of IT outsourcing project is analyzed in the simulation experiment.Meanwhile,the simulation results of the three algorithms show that SAGA is superior to the other two algorithms in terms of stability and convergence.Consequently,the second mechanism provides the scientific quantitative proposal for the decision maker who needs to control the schedule risk of IT outsourcing. |
