| Following the global restructuring and transfer of the manufacturing industry,the IT service outsourcing project has been developing rapidly,and the risk control of the project schedule has become one of the important control objectives in the face of widespread overdue phenomenon,effectively schedule risk control is the current problems to be solved.So how to use the minimal schedule risk management investment,the model and algorithm research to effectively shorten the scheduling need more research.The paper first stated the development of risk control for IT service outsourcing project,and summarizes the research status of the traditional project progress evaluation method,model and algorithm.Then in the project implementation process the cooperation process between the party and the contractor commissioned,the distributed decision making were established completed on time under the condition of the funds to minimize with the constructional and organizational schedule risk control model.When the information is symmetrical between the client and the contractor,the client can predict the contractor's progress and the funds to control the project schedule.When the information is asymmetric between the client and the contractor,the client can only predict parts over the progress of the contractor and the funds to control the project schedule establish organizational schedule risk control distributed decision-making model.During the process of the principal controlling the contractor through the funds,the principal can only predict a certain probability when the client is unable to obtain all the status of the contractor.The model is based on the two layers of the structural model and adds the forecast stochastic programming model.The upper level is the decision-making of the client,the forecast of the client is the forecast lower layer model,the lower layer is the decision-making process of the contractor's under fund input.Secondly,in view of the progress of the structured risk control model a Tabu search algorithm and ant colony algorithm is designed to solve the model,for organizational schedule risk control model are designed embedded in Monte Carlo Tabu search algorithm and ant colony algorithm respectively.Monte Carlo simulation solved the random variable in the model.Finally,through the example respectively of taboo search algorithm and ant colony algorithm,the simulation experiments are carried out,including different algorithm to solve the model experiment,algorithm parameters influence on the optimization results.Through the experiment verify the model and algorithm is reasonable and effective. |
