With the "fragmentation" of information communication and the continuous development of new media,as well as the increasing awareness of audience subject and dialogue,the service objects of communication media gradually shift from a wide range of mass groups to a small group with special interests and goals.When many traditional media are strongly impacted by digital media,the independent magazine industry has become a powerful pioneer in the magazine industry by virtue of the difference in market segmentation.the stability of target audience and the integrity of brand strategy,and has been developing steadily and gradually in the media market.Through the domestic and foreign outstanding small independent magazine publishing,this paper summarized the experience and advantages of analysis,in-depth insight into independent magazine industry it helps cause,design background of The Times and market competitive advantage,and to explore the domestic and foreign capable of independent niche marketing essence magazine in the innovations on the brand marketing model,for the domestic industry,especially emerging original magazine brand-"public" and "focus" the spread of the fusion,the deep subdivision of subject content,establish accurate brand development strategy and pattern for reference.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects:focusing on the special media of niche independent journals to fill in the shortage of magazine research in the field of media research:The research concludes the brand marketing model and strategy of niche independent magazines,and puts forward that media should create value with brand thinking.Explore and improve the existence value of paper media,and further provide references for the development of new independent magazines through the creation of the original independent magazine AMAZINE,and then extend the research results to the broader content industry.
