Active phased array radar has the advantages of high precision,high data rate,multi-target detection,etc.It has an increasingly important position in the military and civilian fields.However,the complex service environment load and high integration of the front electronic devices will cause the antenna array temperature to rise,and at the same time cause structural deformation and eventually deteriorate the antenna electrical performance.With the development of the antenna toward high frequency bands and high precision,the influence relationship between the antenna structure and the electrical performance is more tight,and the electromechanical coupling problem becomes more prominent.Therefore,after the deformation of the active phased array antenna electrical performance calculation software and compensation calculation software,can be used to quickly assess the impact of structural deformation on the antenna's electrical performance,calculate the antenna electrical performance compensation,thus ensuring the performance of the antenna on service.Active phased array radar is a complex electronic device.The electromechanical coupling problem of the radar structure is also very prominent.Therefore,integrated structural mechanics,thermal analysis and electromagnetic analysis have developed an electromechanical and thermal integration design software for active phased array radar.In order to quickly evaluate the performance of the structure of an active phased array antenna after deformation,an electrical calculation software for the deformation of an active phased array antenna was developed.The software can be based on random errors(flatness and mounting accuracy)and Systematic errors(saddle,bowl deformation,etc.)on the antenna array.Based on the electromechanical coupling model of an active phased array antenna,the corresponding antenna electrical performance is quickly calculated by the software.In order to quickly compensate for the electrical performance of the phased array antenna after the deformation,a compensation calculation software for the deformation of the planar active phased array antenna is developed.The software can be used to calculate amplitude and phase compensation amount with the deformation of the antenna array by the method of phase compensation or the method of amplitude and phase compensation.Adjust the attenuator and phase shifter according to the compensation amount to quickly compensate the electrical performance of the antenna and improve the service performance of the antenna.In order to reduce the influence of the quantized properties of digital devices on the active phased array antenna,an active phased array antenna compensation calculation software that considers the quantization error has been developed.Based on a mathematical method the software can correct the compensation amount of the amplitude,and quickly calculate the corrected value of the compensation amount of the amplitude and phase,so as to optimize the electrical performance of the antenna.In order to quickly design the active phased array radar,an electromechanical and thermal integrated design software for active phased array radar has been developed.The software realizes the fast calculation of the electrical performance and compensation amount of the active phased array antenna by MATLAB,and implements the software's user interface and the MATLAB's secondary development to realize the software module function by C++ Builder.Based on this,combined with the secondary development of the mechanical analysis and thermal analysis professional software and the storage and transmission of data with the help of the database,the development of the electromechanical thermal integration design software for the active phased array radar has been realized.The software can improve the efficiency of engineering staff and reduce the cost.
