With the continuous development of computers and communication systems,the world has covered all kinds of wireless communication networks,such as cellular networks,wireless local area networks and mesh networks.However,because the network has its specific environment,not all networks must be the same.Some technologies use IBC systems,some use PKI systems and some use CLC systems.How to ensure secure communication between networks using different technologies?In order to ensure secure communication between systems using different cryptographic techniques,heterogeneous signcryption schemes must be designed to ensure secure communication.Most of the existing heterogeneous signcryption schemes are designed based on the difficulties of traditional number theory,but they are not safe under quantum computing attacks,so it is necessary to design a new heterogeneous signature scheme against quantum attacks.This paper is based on the difficult problem of grid: R-LWE,non-homogeneous small integer solution(ISIS),combined with certificateless signature on NTRU grid,identity signature based on NTRU grid and lattice The structure of the signcryption scheme is designed to design heterogeneous signcryption schemes on two NTRU grids: 1.CLPKC-to-TPKI heterogeneous signcryption scheme on NTRU grid,2.TPKI-to-IDPKC heterogeneity on NTRU grid Signing a secret plan.Both of these schemes implement the anti-quantum computing properties of the heterogeneous signcryption scheme,and provide theoretical support for the certificateless system to the PKI system and the PKI system to the certificateless system.The TPKI-to-IDPKC heterogeneous signcryption scheme is used.The key length is faster than the existing solution and the key length is short.China issued the national secret sm2 public key algorithm in 2012,but as sm2 becomes an international standard,we will increasingly face the use of sm2 and other international public key cryptographic algorithms to interact with each other.In order to solve this problem,this paper According to the national secret algorithm and RSA algorithm design,the secure SM2-to-RSA heterogeneous signcryption scheme can be proved.Compared with the traditional “first signature and post encryption” method,this scheme saves communication costs,improves communication efficiency,and makes an exploration for the integration of national secret algorithm and international algorithm.
