Design And Implementation Of Accounting System For Unified Purchase Business Based On SAP

Taking the unified purchase business management of a material company in power industry as the research object,this thesis will integrate information technology and management technology to realize the scientific management of the accounting mode of unified purchase business in a material company.At present,the current ERP unified purchase business program in the net province is that the material accounts and financial accounts of the unified purchase materials of the municipal company are both accounted in the material company.The physical material management of unified purchase materials is in the municipal company,but financial accounting is in the provincial material company.This way causes the separation of financial management from the physical material management,causing that the financial risk of material company is higher.This thesis will analyze the unified purchase business of the net province from the specific business at purchase application,purchase order creation,receipt of goods,delivery of goods,invoice verification,payment and other stages to make the unified purchase business clear,streamlined and rational.It will find the risk points and unreasonable points of the original accounting method of material company's unified purchasing business by analyzing the original accounting method of material company's unified purchasing business,and design the accounting model that is more suitable for the current business of the material company,so as to improve the shortcomings of unified purchase business management under the original accounting mode and reduce business risks.With the use of SAP implementation methodology in the implementation process,this thesis describes the implementation process of the project based on SAP.The contents mainly include demand analysis,demand design,function testing and online switching.The demand analysis mainly refers to the analysis of the project feasibility and the problems that need to be solved in the project implementation.The feasibility analysis mainly means the analysis of the implementation necessity,the resources required and economic benefits.In addition,the functional requirements analysis part combs and illustrates the function points that shall be checked and adjusted in the business process of the system.The demand design part mainly includes the adjustment of financial module and material module,and this thesis focuses on the adjustment of financial module.The adjustment of this module mainly contains the profit center replacement procedure of the shipping and delivery business,scrapping business,allocation business and invoice verification business,the adjustment of relevant statements of provisionally estimated accounts and inventory accounts,the adjustment of internal account transfer function,new inventory amount and financial amount reconciliation function.After the completion of program adjustment,it conducts large-scale unit test and integration test according to different business situations,so as to ensure that all the business under new program can run normally and efficiently.After the program adjustment and test,the key users confirm the switching data and switch the original inventory data of the system to the new accounting method after the switching data is accurate.Finally,an accounting method of financial management system applied to the unified purchase business in a power company is formed.Under the new accounting model,both materials management and financial accounting management of unified purchase materials are owned by the unit,realizes the integration of accounting and materials.It greatly reduces the management risk and improves the management efficiency of unified purchase business of material company.The new accounting method has achieved good results after its application.
