Design And Implementation Of Web-based Trial System

With the wide application of the Internet,the continuous improvement of the network environment and network speed,and the continuous improvement of technologies such as big data and data mining,human beings are facing a period of highly information expansion.The informationization construction of all walks of life is also developing rapidly.The court is both a government agency and a department closely related to the lives of the general public.The degree of informationization of the court can reflect the degree of government information construction.Today,with the highly developed network environment,the web-based court business will be a big development trend.The trial work of the court gradually abandoned the paper operation,and selected the management system based on the trial function to carry out the specific business operations.The management system based on the trial work provided faster and more efficient operations in information preservation,information change and information reading.This paper analyzes the feasibility of the Web-based trial work system from the perspective of the domestic people's courts on the trial of the case,and designs and implements the trial system prototype software for the complete process of the criminal case business.Its main function is to assist the relevant personnel of the case(such as the judge)to organize the case information and statistics.The information compiled includes the application case information,relevant court information,and participant information.The statistics of the information include the number of cases reported to the higher courts on a regular basis,and the case of various cases.It can fully improve the work efficiency of the relevant personnel involved in the case.Although the trial system is a small business logic unit,it can provide an effective data reference for the development of laws and regulations.The formulation of laws and regulations should refer to the factors such as the crime tendency,incidence and impact of the majority of cases,and the data standardization of the trial system facilitates the statistics and analysis of relevant factors.Starting from the various functional modules,the functions of each functional module,detailed design and specific functions are given in detail,and finally the realization of the system design is given.At the end of the paper,the system is tested to verify whether each function can be successfully deployed.
