With the rapid development of the Internet era,the number of Internet users has increased at an exponential level.Corporate data,education data and personal data have also grown exponentially.Many systems will face the problem that there will be a lot of data that needs to be stored.At the same time,with the continuous development of society and the improvement of people's living standards,people's needs for the quality of service are also getting higher and higher.How to reduce storage costs,increase file storage rates and ensure stability of file services have become a pressing problem for storage systems.In this context,this paper mainly implements a multi-protocol file system to provide a stable and efficient file storage service for a new generation of multimedia call center systems.It provides Storage service for the client and the agent with intra-LAN sound recording screens,wide-area network images,audio and video.The storage service also implements a file server monitoring system that will monitor the server status in real time and improve the stability and reliability of the file server.In this paper,it is mainly base on multi-protocol and efficient file storage system for system design and implementation.Because of the complexity of the call center system,file interaction plays a vital role in the improvement of system.First,in the LAN,based on the rapidity of the FTP protocol,the Vsftpd file server is used to implement functions such as uploading and downloading of recordings on the seat side,load balancing and flow control for the new generation multimedia call center system.Fast DFS distributed file system on the WAN is suitable for storing small files and high reliability.The transport layer transmits through the TCP protocol.The Fast DFS distributed file system provides users with functions such as picture uploading,downloading,and thumbnail display.through the Nginx Server load balancing is implemented,and a server monitoring system is implemented based on the Fast DFS file storage service to monitor the storage capacity and storage status of the server in real time.And based on the use of server capacity,We can make predictions on the remaining capacity and capacity expansion and tally users' upload and download capacity,So that we can evaluate the users' needs.And we can prevent loss of user resources due to serve outage or prower failure by adding alarm function.On the premise of ensuring the stability of the file system,it provides a better storage service for the call center system.what's more,based on the QUIC protocol,theCaddy server using the QUIC protocol achieves the storage of large files such as audio and video,it greatly increases the big data transmission loading speed of the client and the seat audio and video and the loading rate of user page,we can have uniform management through the File Manager for audio and video files and provide users with more efficient file services.Finally,based on Varnish's server-side caching optimization of the overall storage system architecture,the cache hitting strategy,cache cleaning strategy,and load balancing strategy are implemented.Through stress testing,a comparison chart is drawn to conclude that transmission and storage rates have been greatly improved due to a server-based caching strategy is used to file data.Transmission and storage rates have been greatly improved.In the later part of this paper,we conducted functional tests for each module within the entire system architecture to verify the availability of the storage system.At the same time,the performance of the system has also been tested,including stress testing,concurrency testing,CPU usage testing,memory occupancy testing,etc.The results show that the performance of the system is at a stable level,and the system can ensure the stability and reliability of the overall system.It can provide high-quality file storage services for new generation multimedia center systems.
