Design And Implementation Of Innovative College Classroom Management System

In recent years,with the in-depth development of teaching reform,common teaching methods have been unable to adapt to the requirements of the situation.Eliminating some equipment,upgrading some equipment,inventing more equipment,has become the inevitable choice.In this paper,based on the existing equipment,from the perspective of educational technicians,the researcher identifies the pain points in his work and proposes scientific and practical suggestions for software and hardware solutions.As for the problem of Data Island,this paper proposes to use the unified identity authentication system on campus to connect all independent management systems,so that all data can be unified and connected,and to build a big data platform to provide data reference for future educational and pedagogical reforms.On this basis,combined with the educational administration system and the unified identity authentication system,the authorization mode of "whom to authorize","when to authorize"and "which teaching equipment/facility to authorize" is realized through a classroom central control management system.The traditional way of roll call takes up a lot of class time.It is suggested to change the way of checking attendance,so that students can finish the attendance check-in automatically,and correct the mistakes through WeChat to improve the accuracy of the system.The result of attendance is directly saved in the database of the educational administration system.This function is realized by RFID bracelet combined with WeChat.If the air conditioning management system cannot accurately deal with the needs of class and self-study,it will cause a lot of energy waste.In this paper,through the combination of curriculum schedule,attendance system,classroom control management system,information release system,the author put forward a static open list based on the curriculum schedule of the classroom and a dynamic open list in response to the current number of self-study students in the facility to control the air conditioning system to achieve high energy conservation and efficiency.Through investigating the advantages and disadvantages of the current PA system,the author designs a set of digital infrared wireless PA system which not only improves the sound quality but also deliverer convenient and practical application.The system is supported with a charging base and a management system that solves the problem for the amplification of classroom instructions.The system integrates cutting-edge equipment and advanced management procedure to innovate the intelligent wireless PA system and has achieved steady and sound performance in operation.
