With the construction of China's basic transportation facilities,the number of mountainous engineering slope with a potential for landslides has surged,and constantly threatens the safety of surrounding residents and passing vehicles.The slope monitoring system based on OTDR uses the optical time domain reflectometer(OTDR)as the core measurement component,combines with computer technology and wireless communication technology to realize automatically,intelligently monitoring slope,and ensures real-time performance and solves the problems of traditional monitoring methods.The significance of this thesis is to analyze and solve the problems in the system,especially the system does not respond after long-term operation;and re-plan the hardware circuit to design a more dedicated circuit system;at the same time add the hardware system program exception handling and enhance the system reliability.In addition,the implementing of a mobile monitoring system based on the Android is used to enable users to view the latest data anytime,anywhere.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,introducing the background and meaning of the subject,and describing the development and current situation of the slope monitoring technology,as well as the necessity of implementing the slope monitoring system based on OTDR.Secondly,based on the basic principles of fiber optics,fiber optic sensors and OTDR,combined with other distributed fiber optic sensing technologies,OTDR is determined as the system measurement component.Thirdly,according to the system design plan,determine the implementation of each part of the system,investigate the hardware circuit and software development related content,plan and implement the hardware circuit,improve the software program design,enhance the system stability,and solve the problems in the system.Simulate the monitoring environment in a laboratory environment,analyze the measurement data,and verify its monitoring alarm performance.Finally,analyze the functions of the mobile terminal system,research related technologies,design the layout of the mobile tenninal and realize the system function logic.The system performs well in the real machine with a simple interface,and is easy to use.User can view the data at any time.The integrated monitoring and management system based on OTDR realizes intelligent,automatic and remote control of slope monitoring.It feedbacks the deformation of the slope with the measurement results,can ensure real-time monitoring and early warning,and reduces the risk of accidents.It has considerable application prospects with the appropriate cost and promotion.
