With the proposal of "Made in China 2025" action program,the social status of industrial manufacturing industry has been greatly improved,manufacturing technology has also been considerable development.However,due to the limitation of the depth of domestic 3D scanning technology,the development of rapid prototyping technology in China is not gratifying.In this context,the subject is committed to develop a high-precision,low-cost,simple,convenient and efficient color three-dimensional scanner.In view of the accuracy range of the scanner,the calibration method of the three-dimensional scanner is proposed,and an improved design scheme is proposed to meet the requirements of the manufacturing industry for three-dimensional scanning of objects.In this paper,we discuss the key technology of photo modeling in image shooting and data processing.Firstly,an industrial camera is used to photograph the object at 360 degrees.The three-dimensional data model is generated by Smart 3D software.The Rhinoceros is used to measure the three-dimensional data.The factors affecting the accuracy are analyzed,and the theoretical accuracy level is calculated,which provides a reference for the design of the prototype.Secondly,the experimental prototype is analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively.Aiming at the deficiency of the experimental prototype,the improved design scheme is proposed and the theoretical model is established.On the basis of the above analysis,the color three-dimensional scanner is designed and improved.The improved prototype is verified by a series of experiments,and the accuracy range is calculated by the average algorithm.The feasibility of the scheme is verified by the practical project,and the reference value is provided for the3 D scanning project with similar technical conditions.
