With the rapid development of computer information technology,computer software has been widely applied and plays a significant role in the library.The effective usage and arrangement of seats in the library have become a research in Library Informatization.This essay takes Library of Qingdao University of Technology as an example to develop a seat-arrangement system for campus library.Based on stable campus network and campus-card platform,this seat-arrangement system will extract and transform the display objects such as seats,stacks,users and violation records into virtual data,combining both actual and virtual management to effectively manage all the extracted data via computers.Thus,the library staffs can easily release the seats information in real time and ensure the seats can be fairly and fully used,which save labor cost and enable a harmonious learning environment with justice and equality.Specifically,there are the following points:(1)To conduct a detailed study of the relevant background and technology of the development of the seating management system in the library;At the same time,it also analyzes the current situation of seat resources management at home and abroad and the related problems faced.The reservation system used in this system is very human for the selection of seats and the visual appearance in the form of a screen.(2)The system combines infrared somatosensory monitoring and RFID technology to integrate into the development of the system.Using infrared body sense to monitor the real-time information of seats and using RFID technology to obtain user access information,the combination of the two can effectively improve the utilization of library seat resources.At the same time,this paper expounds the design idea,design tool,design method,design process and solution of related problems.(3)Using the school's efficient and stable campus network and the campus' s "One Card" platform as the basis for system application,using a combination of reality and virtual management,these display objects are abstracted into virtual data by using seats,library,users,and illegal records.These data are processed effectively and scientifically through computers.The seat management system uses the campus card as the identification and verification of the user's identity.This method has low system construction costs and is more in line with the actual situation of our school.
