In the process of oilfield production,there are many production equipment to be tested and a variety of maintenance schemes to be designed.Because of the limited capacity of manual testing equipment,it is difficult to give an accurate maintenance plan,and the Internet of Things technology can just make up for this shortcoming.This paper attempts to use the Internet of Things technology to monitor the operation of oilfield production equipment and give a reasonable maintenance decision.In view of the application of Internet of things technology in oilfield production equipment monitoring,this paper launches the following research:(1)The hardware structure of the information acquisition instrument suitable for oilfield equipment is designed,and the dual-mode RTU terminal device is designed,developed and implemented independently by using automation technology,embedded technology and NC machining technology,which widens the transmission bus,enriches the data interface and reduces the CPU efficiency.The transmission speed is increased.(2)considering the actual situation of the field equipment,we design the embedded software suitable for the front-end device.Aiming at the analog signal of temperature,pressure,current,voltage and other special environment,the analog signal data acquisition algorithm is adopted to convert the analog signal into the digital signal needed in storage and transportation through single or multiple scanning.In this way,analog signals can be collected quickly and the accuracy of data can be improved.By using satellite data acquisition algorithm and downloading GPS and Beidou ephemeris,the signal quality and quantity are compared,and the appropriate positioning mode is selected in GPS,Beidou and dual-mode positioning,so as to achieve the purpose of fast positioning speed and high positioning accuracy.(3)Based on the actual situation of equipment maintenance in oilfield production,using Visual Studio 2010 programming software and C#high-level programming language,combined with database technology,the system function of equipment digital analysis and management platform is designed and realized.By receiving the real-time operation information of the front-end equipment,the test of the front-end equipment is completed.It shows that the front-end acquisition equipment can work reliably,and the information can be classified and summarized by the platform software designed by the project team.The various daily reports and curves can provide a certain scientific basis for the future equipment management work.The hardware and software system designed in this paper has been applied to the equipment data acquisition and analysis in Liaohe Oilfield.After more than half a year of trial operation,it has been proved that the real-time data information of equipment operation can be collected,and a more accurate and reasonable maintenance decision-making scheme is given,which can be applied to other oilfields.
