Design And Implementation Of Medical Security Adverse Event Management System

The occurrence of medical security adverse events will not only increase the suffering and burden of patients,but also affect the normal operation of medical work,and may lead to medical disputes or medical accidents.As domestic hospitals continue to improve their medical quality control management requirements,traditional manual reporting methods are gradually unable to meet the demand.In order to improve the timeliness and accuracy of reports of medical security adverse events and ensure medical safety.This paper analyzes and implements the management system of medical security adverse events.The main work contents are as follows:First,analyzing system requirements by using UML modeling language;based on the B/S structure of "SQL+ASP.NET",completing overall design of the functional architecture and database of the system by adopting the structured method.Second,writing the program in C#language to design and develop the system in details,which finally realizes multiple function modules such as quick operation,pending report,event query,system setting,etc.,realizing the rapid reporting of adverse events,improving the efficiency of the audit and enabling the query and statistical analysis of reported incidents.Third,Verify the functionality of the system through functional testing and verify that the system meets business needs through unit testing.the system function passed the test and has achieved the expected result,and the system has been working well.What' s novel about this paper is:(1)Unifying Platform:A hospital-wide adverse event management platform that customizes the reporting process according to the type of adverse events,assigns operating menus according to roles,and centralizes management after reporting.(2)Structuring data:Defined based on the international medical terminology(snomed terminology)and according to the category of adverse events,ensuring the standardization of terms.(3)Statistics&Analysis:Customize statistical analysis tools according to different dimensions of various events.To define indicator algorithms,and statistical results can be displayed in various ways such as charts and excels.Report content can be printed and exported,reducing workload and improving efficiency.The successful development of this system provides a platform for the refined management of medical safety adverse events.The use of the system helps the medical staff to simplify the operation steps of reporting adverse events,save time for report filling,standardize the reporting process,improve the timeliness and effectiveness of adverse event processing,and classify and classify the events.Medical terminology provides data support and decision support for continuous improvement of hospital adverse events.
