Industrial internet of things(IoT)technology is one of the hot issues in the field of intelligent manufacturing.Currently,researches of industrial IoT mainly focus on wireless sensors and wireless instrumentations.There are a large number of special equipment with inside control systems in the production line.Among them,if wireless control technology is applied in such equipment,completing own and local control of these equipment,at the same time,uploading data to the master control system and accepting instructions from the master control system,in this way industrial internet of things "things connected to things" concept is shown at a higher level,which is helpful to improve the level of intelligent manufacturing process.This thesis is supported by Liaoning Metallurgical Integrated Automation Engineering Laboratory construction project,and air heating process is the controlled object.Based on this process,design and development work for wireless control experiment platform have been done,and application problems of wireless control system based on industrial IoT have been preliminary studied.This platform can provide experimental environment for application of industrial internet of things technology in process industry.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:(1)On the basis of summarizing research status of industrial wireless control technology and process control experimental platform,functions of the wireless control experimental platform for air heating process have been analysed in detail.(2)The platform structure composed of an electrical control box,local PLC system,touch screen panel,wireless modules and master control DCS has been designed.Local PLC system connected to touch screen complete logic on-off control of electrical heater device and temperature control loop of electrical heater's outlet.All process data including equipment conditions and detection parameters via wireless can be sent to master control DCS,and the master control system can transmit set value of temperature control loop to local PLC system with a complete operating authority system designed.(3)Hardware development and software development of wireless control system for air heating process has been completed.Siemens S7-200 PLC has been selected to build local PLC system,using STEP7 Micro WIN complete equipment logic control and program configuration of temperature loop control,using flexible configuration software achieve touch screen programming,and wireless communication connected to master control system has been built by using web service gateway and PC ACCESS intermediate variable connection.(4)Experiments study including local operation and wireless remote control has been carried out using the established wireless control system for air heating process.When local PLC system gives operation authority to master control DCS,DCS control system can change setting temperature value of control loop by wireless remote transmission,at the same time monitoring all process data through wireless remote module.The effectiveness of this experimental platform has been verified by experiments.
