With the continuous development of computer technology,computer-aided engineering technology(CAE)represented by finite element analysis method has been widely used,and has gradually become an indispensable technical means in the product design stage of various industries.However,in the application process of simulation technology,there are still problems such as high technical expertise,low design-analysis integration,lack of simulation knowledge reuse,and difficulty in automatic customization of simulation process,which is difficult to provide effective technical support for rapid product design and evaluation.In order to improve the intelligence of the finite element analysis modeling process,the intelligent generating techniques of simulation schemes based on expert system in the field of structural finite element analysis was studied by adopting the hybrid reasoning mechanism based on case-based reasoning and rule-based reasoning(CBR/RBR).The rapid customization technology of simulation process automation software based on physical model of product structure was studied,based on simulation meta-model and object-oriented framework development technology.The auxiliary performance evaluation software of typical structure of automobile steering system was customized to verify the applicability of the above technical theory system.Firstly,the intelligent conversion technology from product design metamodel to simulation metamodel was studied based on the hybrid inference mechanism of CBR/RBR.Based on the ion of entity objects in the process of design and simulation the meta-model of design and simulation was presented,and the knowledge model was formalized by the method of object-attribute-value triple.The transformation method of design-simulation meta-model is established based on the hybrid reasoning mechanism of CBR/RBR,the modeling method of knowledge element model in Design-Analysis domain was studied,and the knowledge model was formalized by object-attribute-value triple method,which provides a theoretical basis for the intelligent generation of simulation schemes based on expert system knowledge.Furthermore,the rapid customization technology of structural automation simulation software was studied by using the physical model-based simulation process planning method and secondary development technology.In order to reduce the threshold of simulation technology and improve the efficiency of simulation analysis,a simulation process planning method based on physical model of product structure was proposed.Based on object-oriented development technology,a software-aided development platforn that supports product physical model definition and simulation meta-model definition was built,which provides software support for rapid customization of automation software for simulating process of typical mechanical products.Finally,the software for evaluating the typical structure of automobile steering system was developed,which provides a strong support for the rapid evaluation of the structure of the steering system.The simulation process of key components was customized based on the physical model of the structure such as the housing and the rack and gear.The auxiliary analysis software was developed,which not only ensured the effectiveness of simulation modeling,but also greatly improved the efficiency of simulation modeling.And The effectiveness of the software is verified by its long-term application.
