THz radiation is located between the infrared radiation in the electromagnetic spectrum and the microwave band,and terahertz technology is of great importance in the fields of sensing,imaging,and communications.In order to meet the requirement of highly integrated terahertz systems,a variety of terahertz waveguide structures have been implemented to achieve low-loss single-mode transmission.However,the conventional preparation methods can no longer meet the requirements of diverse ultra-fine microstructures.In addition,systems In order to change the transmission direction of the bending waveguide structure design and implementation.In view of the above bottleneck,this paper mainly studies the THz polymer microstructured bent fiber and FBG filter based on 3D printing,in order to expand the practical application of terahertz system.In this thesis,the classification of terahertz waveguides is briefly introduced.The classification and preparation method of terahertz waveguides and the research progress of polymer terahertz devices fabricated by using 3D printing technology are also introduced.And then divided into three parts respectively elaborate the specific content of this thesis.First of all,this thesis introduces the principle of 3D rapid prototyping technology,and designs the resolution determination plate to calibrate the actual resolution of PolyJet type 3D printer used in this thesis,and measures the terahertz spectral characteristics of the photosensitive resin.Get the refractive index of the material and the absorption coefficient curve for the subsequent simulation analysis to provide dimensional reference and simulation parameters.Secondly,in order to solve the difficulty of controlling the THz wave steering device in terahertz system,this dissertation is based on two different terahertz microstructured optical fiber devices,which are cobweb-coated hollow fiber and suspension-core microstructure fiber respectively,Transmission characteristics in bending waveguides,and analyze the influence of bending radius on waveguide loss.U-shaped structure is designed with low transmission loss bending waveguide.Bending Waveguide Preparation Using 3D Printing Technology.Finally,the suspension core microstructure fiber is taken as the base optical fiber,the core air flute-type suspension core T-FBG is designed and the terahertz transmission spectrum is simulated.The attenuation ratio of the filter and the grating length are analyzed.Impact of FWHM.
