As a newly originated computing module,could compute achieved high speed development and also deeply influents the revolution of information technology in recent years.More and more entities are looking for cloud computer technology in order to improve their information solutions based on their business improvement consideration.Today,due to immature of could compute developing,there is a huge variance between choosing cloud compute vendor and traditional vendors.Currently,due to few instructions available on how to choose an appropriate vendor of cloud compute,lots of entities are facing this problem.In regarding to this background,I write this article to study on how to choose an appropriate vendor of cloud compute.This article based on my real working experience in national entity,analyzing difficulties encountered when choosing a cloud compute vendor,through a comingle of theory and experiment,suggested four main factors to assess a cloud compute vendor,including cooperation cost,commercial cost,technology capacity,service qualification.Also defined a weighted influence on these factors.Meanwhile,I also drew a process of choosing a cloud compute vendor based on the project's specifications.In addition,I verified this solution by experiment.Finally,in consideration of specifications of cloud compute and the requirement of business development,I suggest business entities to set up a strategic partner relationship with cloud compute vendor.This article analyzed the process how Group YD choosing a cloud compute supplier,providing a module and give instructions for reference on how to choose a cloud compute vendor.
