The digitalization of MEMS gyroscopes is of great significance in improving the stability and accuracy of the gyroscope.At the same time,digitization also facilitates the configuration of the gyroscope's operating parameters and the storage,processing,and exchange of data.In order to achieve the purpose,the thesis analyzes and studies MEMS gyroscope's digitization based on FPGA.The main contents of the research include MEMS gyroscope analog signal conditioning,analog-to-digital conversion,digital signal processing and FPGA internal logic control.The analog signal conditioning circuit of the MEMS gyroscope realizes the amplification of the micro signal and the initial analog filtering function of the gyroscope.The adjusted signal is input into the FPGA after the AD's collection and conversion,and then stored in the corresponding data register after the further FIR digital filtering and the temperature compensation processing in the FPGA.The I~2C interface completes the output of the data or the data is transmitted to the computer terminal through UART.Firstly,the characteristics of the gyroscope analog signal are analyzed theoretically,and then the analog signal conditioning circuit is designed.Secondly,according to the parameters such as the range and resolution of the MEMS digital gyroscope,the AD's selection is determined.Finally,according to the complexity of the measurement and the accuracy of digital filtering algorithm,the FPGA's selection is completed.For analog signal conditioning circuit,AD's circuit,Proteus is used for design,and the transmission characteristic curve is drawn through simulation.For the digital filtering algorithm and the control of each module,we design and simulate through the Quartus II and Modelsim.The design of FIR digital filter,Matlab is used for the selection of the window function,filter order and filter coefficient.After completing the simulation of the FIR digital filter,the output of the data is analyzed by Matlab.In this thesis,MEMS inertial technology,microelectronics technology,digital signal processing technology,programmable logic device and embedded technology are involved.
