Contactless biologic medical radar can accurately monitor various biological signs of human body,such as breathing and heartbeat,which are vital signs of human body.The generation of this kind of radar makes it possible to detect the patient's vital signs in real time without any sensor in the medical field,so it has a broad prospect of development and research.This medical radar is studied deeply in this paper,and a non-contact medical radar system with millimeter level resolution is designed,and the realization of the whole radar system is completed.Ultra wideband(UWB)radar signal has large relative frequency bandwidth,strong signal penetration ability and more fine resolution to the target.At the same time,the radar signal of this kind of radar has strong anti-jamming ability to noise and clutter signal,so it can monitor the human body's biological signs(call,heartbeat and so on).Test.This design is based on UWB radar structure to complete the whole biologic medical radar.The whole system mainly consists of three parts: the launching signal of the radar system and the FPGA realization of the sampling signal,the realization of the hardware circuit of the radar transmitter and receiver,the FPGA realization of the data acquisition and the program design of the upper computer.The FPGA realization part of the radar system's emission signal and sampling signal first studies the DTC principle,and then produces the transmitting and sampling signals in the FPGA through the DTC principle.Finally,the principle of all kinds of equivalent sampling is studied and the sequential equivalent sampling is realized with the principle of DTC,which effectively reduces the sampling rate of the ADC chip in the system.The cost is reduced and the implementation method is simpler.The design and Realization of the hardware circuit of the radar transmitter and receiver mainly analyzes the influence of the parameters of the radar system on the performance of the system,determines the specific parameters of the radar system,and completes the selection of the various devices in the system,and completes the power amplifier module,the antenna module,the low noise amplifier module,the ADC module,and the design of the system.The system hardware circuit design of bandpass filter module,matching circuitmodule and power module is designed,and the PCB implementation is given according to the system circuit.There are two main points in the FPGA implementation of data acquisition and the program design of the host computer.The first is the design of the FPGA program.When the data is collected by ADC,the FPGA is transmitted to the host computer through the USB interface.The second is the Lab VIEW program design of the upper computer.The upper computer saves the data received by the host computer by controlling the USB chip FT245 R and displays it in the Lab VIEW program interface.
