The current world is in a golden period of steady development.China has clearly stated in its development content that it is necessary to enhance cultural self-confidence.This requires that China pay more attention to the development of cultural industries.Although the cultural industry is developing rapidly in our country,it is still an emerging industry in the final analysis.Its management is still relatively simple and crude,its management is lack of norms,and there are a lot of manual tasks and few automation tasks in the management work,all of which have caused the cultural industry projects difficult in declaring work.In order to satisfy the increasing needs for declarations and to respond positively to the reform requirements of "less managed and service",it is necessary to design and implement a cultural industry project management system,which not only solves the complexity of the artificial declaration of cultural industry projects,but also saves the time and cost for enterprises and the masses,and let the limited manpower better focus on innovation management and efficient service.This project has designed and implemented a cultural industry project management system based on Angular.The system is mainly responsible for the unified management of the application for the cultural industry projects in Hubei Province,including user information management for enterprises and park users,and project information management during project declaration.In addition,it also includes auditing users' user information review and project information review,review,data collection and analysis.Through in-depth analysis of system requirements,the system can be designed as a Web application based on the Angular front-end framework.This framework that uses the MVC architecture concept to split the entire application into different components and create them based on different components,and use Angular Router to control the page flow,thus simplifying the complexity and maintainability of software front-end development.The Spring Boot framework-based microservice technology that meets RESTful specifications is applied to the front-end and back-end interactions.The framework mainly focuses on simplifying the configuration and rapid establishment,and provides a unified REST API to facilitate front-end operations on various resources.In the front-end communication protocol such as user login,Angular's asynchronous programming method is mainly used to return observable objects from Http method calls.It does not modify the response of the server,and it can be converted as needed,including in the Header part of the response.Receive Tokens to obtain identity information.The traditional session authentication method was abandoned in the user's login,and the authentication mechanism based on JWT(Json Web Token)was used instead.This greatly reduced the pressure on cluster server to save large-scale sessions,and was more conducive to implementing stateless and distributed Web application authorization.The cultural declaration management system can effectively solve a wide range of application materials,manage complex issues and enhance the transparency and openness of declaration.The system provides a unified management of cultural enterprises and parks in Hubei Province and establishes a large cultural industry project library and enables paperless,electronic,and automated declaration of cultural industries.
