In recent years,with the rapid development of global economy,people's living standards have undergone a qualitative leap.The emergence of smart phones has changed people's way of life.With the rapid development of the mobile phone industry,the competition has become very fierce.In order to increase the market share and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,mobile phone companies are constantly pursuing product quality and technological innovation.The replacement of mobile phones is getting faster and faster,which leads to the mismatch between the product life cycle and the life cycle of the spare parts.When the product is discontinued,but the consumer is still in use,the next generation of products has been released,the substitution between parts of each generation of products is very poor.At this time,mobile phone manufacturers have to come up with a set of solutions to solve the problem of after-sale service after production shutdown.Only in this way,overall competitiveness of enterprises be improved from the after-sales service market.Therefore,more and more experts and scholars begin to pay attention to this problem,find that the last time buy is one of the most effective methods to solve this problem.The last time buy refers to an enterprise that manufacturer for those due to technical updates and rusting products or components purchased from suppliers for the last time,to meet the production after the product is still in the maintenance period of spare parts demand.From the content and results of the study,the focus of the research on the final procurement is the question of the quantity of the last purchase.This article mainly analyzes the company S facing the last time buy problem,first of all,reviews the domestic and foreign related research,analysis of the company S procurement problems existing at the last time buy,according to the different cost of the last purchase PM after the last purchase quantity model is set up.The first model is only considered handset makers in the cost of the last order stage,cost minimization model is set up;The second and third from the system Angle,in a two-level supply chain system,in order to spare parts suppliers and handset makers in the last stage of procurement is established with target of minimizing the total cost of the model,including a one-time quantity discount contract model and purchase quantity can maintenance spare parts under the condition of recycling of the last purchase quantity model two kinds.Finally,The feasibility and optimization of the model are proved by empirical analysis,and through the comparative analysis to select the most suitable for the example of the last time buy model,from the maximum to meet customer service levels,and reduce the cost.
