With the development of communication technology,the traditional signal processing technology can not meet the objective needs,array signal processing arises at the historic moment,and then become the object of scholars to study,related theories and methods shine in various industries.In this paper,the DOA estimation and beamforming of array signal processing are studied based on array signal processing system.Because of the flexibility and low development cost of virtual instrument technology,in this paper I use LabVIEW language to realize the 16 elements array DOA estimation and beamforming.This paper first describes the basic principle of MUSIC algorithm DOA estimation,and analyzes the needs of practical applications,the DOA estimation of MUSIC algorithm is implemented by LabVIEW,and the results are tested and analyzed.Then the defects of conventional beamforming and adaptive beamforming are analyzed,the worst case robust adaptive beamforming algorithm is derived in this paper,the principle is analyzed,and the LabVIEW is used to realize it,and the results are verified.In this paper,the DOA estimation is combined with beamforming based on the desired signal direction,in the system,a coprocessor PXIe-8830 is added to improve the computing power,on this basis,DOA estimation and beamforming of multi-frequency parallelism are designed and realized.Finally,the design is optimized.In this paper,the DOA estimation and beamforming can be used to estimate the direction of arrival and extract the beamforming weights of direct and scattered waves.According to the actual situation,the estimation of the direction of the incoming wave can be used to customize the number of search grids and make use of the system resources reasonably.The worst case optimal beamforming has good robustness when there is an error in the direction vector.Multi-frequency DOA estimation and beamforming can not only realize the collaborative data processing of the main controller and the coprocessor,but also implement the parallel execution.
