As a supplement and improvement to the traditional OFDM techniques,Filter Bank Multicarrier with FBMC-OQAM technology has come to be one of the alternatives for MCM in the future.Compared with traditional OFDM system,FBMC-OQAM adopts shaping filter of good time-frequency focusing,and can also restrain ISI and ICI Interference very well without Cyclic Prefix.Therefore,FBMC-OQAM owns strong development potential for its strong ability to resist the ISI or ICI,no low cyclic prefix and out-of-band radiation.According to these characteristics of FBMC-OQAM systems,our topic is about to give a complete technical solution of the system,and achieve it on USRP RIO hardware platform.Finally,its relevant features will be tested in the actual situations,so as to verify the technical advantages of FBMC-OQAM system.This paper mainly completes the design and implementation of channel estimation in FBMC-OQAM communication system.Inspired by 802.11 WI-FI frame structure and the 5G-NOW research scheme in Europe,we analyze a variety of pilot structures such as comb pilot and block pilot.As to the methodology of channel estimation,interference approximation method and dispersed pilot method have been discussed.Then,synthesizing all the factors,we decide to adopt a scheme of block pilot combining with classical channel estimation algorithm.In the process,we simulate by the integrated development environment named LabVIEW and MATLAB for each module,and validate them on 2953 USRP RIO.The work includes pilot insertion,channel estimation,interpolation and equalization.Finally,the design and realization of channel estimation in FBMC-OQAM system,which based on the extended frequency,has been finished.
