The inertia attitude measurement uses inertial technology to measure the attitude of carrier(course angle and horizontal attitude angle).It is the key technology of aeronautics,aerospace and navigation and has a great application prospect in the field of military,civil and other fields.Laser gyro and quartz flexible accelerometer are the ideal inertial devices in the field of high precision attitude measurement in the present stage.Laser gyro attitude measurement system based on the previous two devices has many advantages such as high precision,short start-up time and large dynamic range.At present,laser gyro attitude measurement circuit with PC / 104 core has disadvantages such as high power consumption,large size and other shortcomings,At the same time a controllable Vxworks software environment is difficult to achieve.To overcome the above shortcomings,the project used DSP as the main control chip to redesign the attitude measurement circuit,and developed a kind of laser gyro attitude measurement circuit with to be controlled,small size,low power consumption.This paper analyzes the output signal characteristics of laser gyro and quartz flexible accelerometer,and designs a reasonable and feasible signal demodulation method.The demodulation algorithm is written in Verilog HDL language.The laser gyroscope and accelerometer signal are realized inside FPGA demodulation.Based on the specification of power supply order of TMS320C6713 series DSP,the paper designed a reliable and stable power supply system with a reset chip and modular power supply.Through the modular programming in the FPGA,the paper proved the achievement of the laser gyroscope and accelerometer signal sampling,the watchdog function,power-on reset function,sampling clock interrupt function DSP chip required,the asynchronous serial bus data transmission and reception functions,and the synchronization sampling clock function through the high-precision GPS seconds pulse signal.The use of FPGAs effectively reduced the need for related functional chips,circuit size and power consumption.This paper develops a system calibration program and attitude calculation program based on TMS320C6713 B DSP and carries out the system calibration and attitude calculation of a laser gyro attitude measurement system.Through analyzing power consumption and output of the experiment,it is proved that the DSP-based laser gyro attitude measurement circuit design meets the requirement of laser gyro attitude measurement system.
