As the commonly used technology of system simulation,hardware-in-the-loop simulation(HILS)can greatly reduce the number of live firing and the costs of development for precision guided weapons,and it is more effective and reliable than the mathematic simulation.Under the background of imaging guided bomb hitting the fixed target,this thesis designs projects of the guided bomb's HILS system of human-in-the-loop for the real needs of engineering and also makes corresponding experiments of HILS.First,based on the process requirements of the HILS design,this paper analyzes and models the guided bomb according to the theory of missile flight aerodynamics,and then establishes the bomb's six degree of freedom(6-DOF)mathematic model.By the way of the orthogonal planar,a computational formula of the three-dimensional PN law is proposed.In combination with the bomb's 6-DOF model,the three-dimensional PN law and the STT control mode,a comparatively complete guidance and control system design of bomb is put forward,and then the mathematical simulation experiment is conducted.These all provide the basis for the later HILS system and experiment design of the guided bomb.Secondly,this paper brings a HILS system and experiment design of the bomb's guidance and control system to provide a support platform for verifying the guidance and control system.Then,the corresponding HILS experiments have been made to test the designed guidance and control system of bomb primarily with the existing conditions.And the results also show that the HILS system design of the bomb's guidance and control system is feasible.Thirdly,under the background of imaging guided bomb hitting the fixed target,this paper designs several bomb's guidance and control system projects of human-in-the-loop based on the lock target.These projects aim to solve the problem that the lack of the seeker's recognition capability and the measuring error from the navigation system will reduce the precision of hitting of guided bomb,which will provide the basis for the later research on the guided bomb's HILS system of human-in-the-loop.Finally,this paper brings a guided bomb's HILS system design of human-in-the-loop to provide a support platform for verifying the guidance and control system of human-in-the-loop.And then the HILS experiment has been carried out based on the existing conditions.According to the experiment results,the designs of human-in-the-loop are briefly analyzed.
