Design And Implementation Of A SDN Operation And Maintenance Data Collection System Based On Opendaylight

With the new concept of network architecture software defined network concept,NFV,IOT,cloud computing Paas layer,and many other areas are undergoing technological change and reform.The core idea of software defined network is to transform the only member of traditional network architecture--network equipment,abstract the control layer of all network devices in data center or backbone network,and become controller.Devices no longer perform complex network forwarding,path computation tasks.In software defined network open source controller,based on OpenDaylight controller development has two years of experience.In the process of development,learn a lot of network architecture design knowledge,after a lot of thinking,but also see the lack of OpenDaylight controller for SDN network operation and maintenance support,starting from this point,the design and implementation of the operation and maintenance of data acquisition system.The significance of the system design for the monitoring of their own operating conditions,protocol data collection situation,create large data platform.Operation and maintenance data acquisition system based on OpenDaylight controller is a software defined network operation and maintenance direction of an application.The content of this research is to develop time series data warehouse module to collect operation data of software defined network.The operation and maintenance data include the running state of OpenDaylight controller,link layer protocol data,network traffic state.According to the specification of OpenDaylight controller,the operation and maintenance of the data acquisition system can be divided into the north to search interface;middle layer module of data acquisition,data storage,data fusion and cleaning;South data gathering protocol plug-in NetFlow.The experimental results show that the load time series data module,OpenDaylight controller internal data status for developers is no longer an empty,whether the third party plug-ins,or database query more intuitive operation and maintenance information OpenDaylight controller to show.
