In the emergency rescue environment of natural disasters,due to the destruction of the infrastructure such as power and network,the conventional means of communication are difficult to play a role.The traditional video surveillance system can not fit the application requirements,and as a result the disaster situation can not be delivered in time,which brings great difficulties to the rescue work.Therefore,this paper studies and establishes a set of cost-effective emergency service video sensor system which can be deployed in time after a disaster.Firstly,aiming at the emergency rescue scenarios such as natural disasters,combined with wireless sensor network technology,Ad Hoc routing protocol based on energy optimization and distributed video compression sensing technology,the paper analyzes the function and performance requirements of the system,then introduces the detailed design of system software and hardware modules and the realization of the video data acquisition and compression,also constructs the Ad Hoc wireless transmission network and the decoding and display of host computer backend.Secondly,in the traditional wireless sensor network,due to the limited energy of the nodes,it is easy for the network to consume energy excessively and then cause network separation.In order to solve this problem,a new routing criterion is proposed based on the AODV routing protocol which takes the residual energy and path hop count of nodes into consideration,is abbreviated as DDEP-AODV routing protocol.During the routing process,the intermediate node performs a delay related to its residual energy when forwarding the route request packet,and the destination node performs a delay record to cache the RREQ packet,which reducing the flooding forwarding of RREQ packets and the blind reply of RREQ packets by the sensing network and effectively prolonging the network lifetime,also the addition of multipath routes can effectively reduce the probability of route break.Finally,this paper completes the construction of sensor nodes and emergency services video sensor system,and tests the function and performance of the system based on the system requirements analysis.The test shows that the emergency service video sensor system designed in this paper can meet the demand of video information acquisition in emergency rescue environment.
