With the continuous development of electronic technology and computer communication technology,a new type of wearable mobile computing device has also emerged while the night-vision technology is gradually expanding in more and more fields.The VR video glasses as a form of this new mobile computing devices,have great research and development value and application prospects.However,until now,both the glimmer night vision devices and the video glasses have more or less problems of single function,excessive power consumption and high price,which can not meet the needs of the wearers.Therefore,based on the active realization of glimmering night vision technology and combining with VR video playback,this paper develops a pair of innovative VR video glasses that supports multiple video signals to play and wirelessly transmit,and also has night vision function.The glasses are low-cost and low-power wearable smart mobile glasses which mainly have two functions: glimmer night vision and VR video playback.In addition,this paper proposes an innovative low illumination images enhancement algorithm for glimmer night vision environment.This algorithm can effectively improve the brightness and contrast,enhance color and highlight the local details of low illumination images by combining histogram equalization with Retinex theory.In short,it has significantly improved the visual quality of low illumination images.After testing and verifying,the smart glasses are small in size,light in weight,low in power consumption,reliable in wearing,easy to move,stable in signal transmission,long in battery life and all indicators have reached the initial design and development goals.It is a new form of multi-functional and cross-border smart electronic product.
