In recent years,the development of Chinese aerospace technology is changing with each passing day,and satellites,as carriers of space communications,are increasingly demanding in terms of their capabilities,flexibility,and ability to resist risks.Compared with traditional large satellites,small satellites have obvious advantages in handling emergency tasks due to their flexibility,comprehensive cost,and so on.In order to solve the mono-functioning problem of a single small satellite,the research of a distributed satellite network composed of multiple small satellites has become a hot topic of satellite communications in recent years.The main research purpose of this paper is to optimize the topology structure and improve the quality of service(Qo S)of the network as much as possible,and realize the dynamic reconstruction process of the distributed satellite network.In the past,there were many designs for the topology structure in networking and the for routing algorithms based on the Qo S of the network.However,due to the high dynamics of the distributed satellite networks and the high requiremen ts for handling sudden tasks during the networking process,the performance of the original routing algorithm can be deeply affected as well as the traffic of the network nodes.Therefore,there are many drawbacks to consider the topology design and routing algorithm one at a time.And to jointly consider the network topology design and routing algorithm in the networking becomes necessary.In this paper,at first,we summarize the current topology design method and some typical topological characteristics parameters.Based on this,the natural connectivity is selected as the evaluation criteria of network topology stability,and the stability of the network is used as the score of network topology optimization.Then,in the aspect of routing algorithm,we summarized several existing types of multi-layered satellite network routing algorithm.And based on the trade-off between time-delay,bandwidth and other optimization goals,we proposed a multi-objective optimization algorithm based on Qo S.And the perform ance of the algorithm is analysed through simulation.At the end of the paper,a satellite dynamic networking optimization method based on topology stability is proposed,according to the stability requirements of distributed satellite networks,which comb ines the topology structure and the routing algorithm.The method includes multi-layer satellite network initialization and stability-based multi-objective optimization.The simulation results show that the topology optimization-based satellite dynamic networking optimization method can achieve the trade-off between multiple Qo S objectives through the multi-objective optimization routing algorithm.The average time delay of the network is reduced and the link resource is put to good use at the same time.And most importantly,the stability of the topology can satisfy the constraint conditions.At the same time,through the iterative optimization of the network routing algorithm and topology design,the dynamic networking optimization process is completed,and the flexibility of the networking process is improved.
