The research on satellite communication owns great significance owning to its characteristics of short communication distance, broad coverage area and short transmission delay, etc.. In recent years, distributed constellation networks constitute multiple satellites, ground stations and low-altitude aircrafts have become a hot research direction in satellite communication field.How to achieve stable networking and dynamic reconstruction has extreme significance for distributed constellation networks and therefore becomes the main research issue in this paper. However, previous studies mainly focused on topology and routing separately. Since constellation has characteristics of distributed construction, large scale and dynamic motion, separate analysis of topology and routing has limitations in the process of networking. Thus network optimization and reconstruction combined with topology and routing is necessary and feasible.A vulnerability assessment method using normalized natural connectivity is presented firstly in this paper. Multi-objective optimization of routing is also studied. On this basis, an optimization method of distributed constellation networks based on stability is proposed. Under the given constraint conditions including delay, bandwidth and stability, this method can achieve dynamic networking of distributed constellation networks and meet the requirements for stability and quality of service. This method includes an initial network construction algorithm based on the methods of shortest path and minimum spanning tree, a local optimization algorithm based on service, and a global optimization algorithm based on stability. In addition, node and link damage problem is studied in this paper, a repair strategy is proposed based on dynamic reconstruction, using frequency as the indicator of link importance.Under given constraint conditions of stability, the optimization method of distributed constellation networks based on stability can meet different design requirements, reduce network delay and improve link utilization. In addition, network repair algorithm can significantly improve stability and reduce the average delay of damaged networks. The above two methods have low computational complexity, effectively solve the issue of dynamic networking and reconstruction of distributed constellation networks.
