SCMA technology is proposed by Huawei company,with other colleges and universities to study together.As a new multiple access technology of 5G network,SCMA can superpose the information of multiple users for transmission,so as to increase the users number of the SCMA system and the spectral efficiency of the system.Therefore,the research on radio resource allocation of 5G mobile communication network based on SCMA,a new multiple access technology,will have important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the assumption that the base station can perfectly obtain the user's channel state information,this paper proposes a effective spectral bandwidth-based radio resource assignment for up-link SCMA system to ensure the user's QoS.(1)This paper propose a QoS-resource mapping based on the equivalent bandwidth in SCMA system.When the base station has known channel state information of the user,the user transmission rate of the SCMA system is mapped to spectrum resources according to the user's transmission rate requirement and channel state information.When allocating spectrum resources,the base station only needs to allocate a certain spectrum resource for the subcarriers to ensure the transmission rate requirement of each user service.Here,the spectrum resources refer to the equivalent spectrum bandwidth.(2)In this paper,we design a SCMA user codebook allocation method based on user channel state information.The SCMA user codebook allocation method based on the user channel state information is to ensure that the uplink channel capacity of the SCMA system is maximized by considering how to allocate suitable subcarriers to users.(3)In this paper,a effective spectral bandwidth-based radio resource assignment for up-link SCMA system is proposed.Based on the user codebook allocation with the highest uplink throughput of the SCMA system and the equivalent spectrum bandwidth,the effective spectral bandwidth-based radio resource assignment for up-link SCMA system allocates the spectrum bandwidth to the uplink sub-carriers of the SCMA system at the base station to ensure the service transmission rate of users.
