| With the rapid development of industry,not only the strength of the object has a certain demand and the container's air tightness has a more demanding requirements,the traditional method of detecting air tightness based on hardware and software methods,based on hardware,Although the detection of the exact location of the leak,but the detection efficiency is relatively low,can not be achieved pipeline automation operations need to combine the human;software-based approach can detect the approximate location of the leak,but can not accurately locate the specific location,The exact filling caused great difficulties.therefore the above-mentioned problems,the present subject to mid-sealing forming collar as the research object,mainly to build the mathematical models,several aspects of 3d modeling,manufacturing processes were studied.Specifics are as follows:(1)Experimental platform to build,including infrared thermal imager,measured workpiece,software control gas and other equipment.(2)Image preprocessing,mainly to improve the image signal to noise ratio,the specific implementation measures are histogram equalization,and gray map remapping and other.(3)The single-frame image is detected by the point source diffusion algorithm based on bilateral filtering.The main algorithm includes two partial filtering methods and point source diffusion principle.(4)Based on multi-frame tracking and positioning infrared small target detection method,mainly the target point of the center of mass replacement,median filter.(5)The Image leakage point localization method based on wavelet theory mainly uses the wavelet decomposition and reconstruction to remove the background of the image,and then removes the noise according to the wavelet coefficient method.In this paper,the single frame detection algorithm has a certain engineering significance and theoretical value for realizing real-time location of leakage points?The wavelet theory can solve that problem,and it is robust. |
