| Flexible Printed Circuit(FPC),as one of the most important electronic interconnection technology,has been widely used in various electronic products because of its superior performance.However,as a high-precision product,the manufacturing process of FPC is pretty complex and precise,thus imposing a high standard on its manufacturing process.With FICS tending to be increasingly precise and in higher integration level,the density and precision of the circuit become higher and higher,thus making it more important to ensure the quality of the FPC.Aiming at the etching process of manufacturing process of FPC,the thesis studies the multimode process monitoring method and time-varying process monitoring method,And its application on the etching process of FPC manufacturing process.These researches can improve process products quality and reduce quality defects.It is meaningful to up-grate market competitiveness of enterprise.The research works are shown as following:(1)The thesis analyses the characteristics of etching process in the manufacturing process of FPC,while summarizes the time-varying and multimode of etching process.(2)Aiming at the characteristic of flexible printed circuit manufacturing process of time-varying,an adaptive strategy for quickly updating the monitoring model based on support vector data description(SVDD)is proposed,it can realize rapid and high-efficiency monitoring for time-varying process.(3)Aiming at the characteristic of multimode in flexible printed circuit manufacturing process of etching process,combined with the information of process data on time scale and spatial scale,a multi-model monitoring method is proposed.It can realize monitoring for multimode process.(4)Considering the problems of both multimode and time-varying on etching Process,combined with the previous contents,a new processes monitoring method is proposed.Combined with industrial needs,design a set of etching process monitoring system. |
